Customer Support Executive Great Opportunity ! Fast growing company looking for a well presented person with a positive customer service 'can do' attitude, excellent interpersonal phone, communication and computer skills. Preferably two-three years experience in customer service.
You will need to be polite and professional in your telephone manner. You will also need to have good knowledge in word processing, internet e-mail and be well organised in your administrative duties. Having a basic understanding of accounting will help you master this role.
This position will suit someone looking to progress a career. You will be working for a mid-sized organisation which offers an array of career opportunities ranging from training roles, to programming roles.
