About this property
This spectacular luxury holiday home is perfectly positioned in Colombo 5 only five minutes drive from central City. . We advertise that we sleep 10 this is 8 Adults and 2 children. The 4 Double bedrooms and 3 ensuites and a bathroom means that there is plenty of room for all and is an ideal house for 4 couples or 2 families to share. 2 of the Super King beds are zip apart and can be used as King Singles. Each room is furnished with it's own Plasma TV. The outdoor Hot Tub is private but still captures the views around. The Gourmet Granite Kitchen is adjoined to the main lounge and dining area which leads to an external deck which catches the morning sun ideal for breakfast.
Special conditions: The house is not let out to groups under 25 years old. We have a minimum of a 30 days stay, the car is available to over 25 year olds at $20 a day which includes all insurances and there are no additional fees.
The house is to be left in a neat and tidy condition - we reserve the right to charge if additional cleaning is required. No smoking inside house or car.
