AVM Lal Perera is the operational director of Lanka Property Sales and Marketing Pvt Ltd.,
AVM Lal Perera joined the Sri Lanka Air Force as a cadet in the Technical Engineering Branch in January 1972. On Completion of his branch training in Sri Lanka he was sent to Royal Air Force College, Cranwell UK to complete his technical engineering officer training.
AVM Perera is a graduate of the Air Command and staff College Maxwell Air Force Base Montgomery Alabama. He also completed the Senior Officer’s Technical Management course with the Indian Air Force at Jalahali Bangalore in India and also is a fellow of the APCSS Hawaii.
AVM Perera’s career with the SLAF spans over a period of thirty four years and he retired from service on the 15 th March, 2006, having held the appointed of Director Aeronautical Engineering of the SLAF for over ten years.
AVM Perera was awarded the Ranawickrama Padakkama, Uttama Seva Padakkama, Vishishta Seva Vibushanaya, amongst other medals for Exemplary and distinguished service. His presently employed as a Director / Head of Operations at MTD Walkers PLC a public listed company in Sri Lanka involved in Major Engineering and Power projects.

Throughout an exceptionally demanding and busy corporate career spanning over 32 years. Andrew Sena gonawela has acquired wide-ranging and practical knowledge in such divergent areas as The Hospitality Trade, FMCG retail sales, Marketing Administration and Senior Management
In his present position as Director - Operations of Unitrac Trading [Pvt], Andrew is responsible for integrated corporate development and expansion. Within these parameters Andrew is personally and closely involved with supervising the administrative functions of the entire organization inclusive of human resource management.
Moreover, Andrew is actively engaged in all business negotiations with overseas principals and local customers. Primarily concerning Textiles and Fabrics.
As a director of Lanka Property Sales and Marketing [Pvt] Limited, Andrew is in charge of the total marketing and sales functions of the organization. The planning, control and tactical execution of all corporate advertising and promotions come under his purview.

Indi Gankande

As the 'Project Manager'for Lanka Property Sales and Marketing [Pvt] Limited, Indi has overall responsibility in mentoring and leading the marketing team wich promotes the organization's rapidly expanding gamut of business activities within Sri Lanka. Providing quick, efficient customer interation and client support form a significiant element of Indi's diverse job functions.
In Addition, she is responsible for the formulation and implementation of advertising and promotional budgets for the sales & marketing department.
Indi also has over 13 years extensive experience - in a sernior capacity in the financial and adminstrative sectors.
